Amanda joins nb&a with over 5 years experience in workers compensation as a national claims manager in labour hire. Amanda’s skills and knowledge as a claims manager coupled with a thorough knowledge of the legislative framework governing the return to work process and with extensive experience working with rehabilitation companies and key stakeholders ensures return to work outcomes are collaboratively driven.
Whilst working for an employer, Amanda is well aware of the difficulties in placing injured workers into suitable employment. Amanda’s transition to rehabilitation comes from her desire to make a difference to injured workers and employers through a mutual relationship of working together to achieve a return to work pre injury employment or different employment.
