Barb brings to nb&a rehab over 25 years of experience in teaching, training and mentoring and over 10 years experience in providing career counselling, job search assistance and employment placement and resourcing. This experience has been gained across many WorkCover jurisdictions, including South Australia, Northern Territory, Western Australia, New South Wales, Tasmania, Victoria and Comcare.
With such extensive experience in the employment market, Barb has a unique skill set, insight and understanding of the obstacles that a person faces when changing employment or returning to their pre injury employer.
Barb effectively combines who encouraging/coaching nature with a focus on providing results to deliver a proven ability to regularly meet or exceed expected outcomes. Barb actively supports nb&a rehab’s employment transition services with registered employers and government agencies.
