Christine commenced her career as a teacher/counsellor in behavioural management with a particular interest in people and human resource management; this launched her long established career in rehabilitation and return to work services.

Christine’s experience in workers compensation includes Injury Management Advisor for a national insurance company, rehabilitation and return to work services for various rehabilitation consultancy firms and self employment as a Rehabilitation and Human Resources Consultant.

As a leader in rehabilitation and return to work management, Christine is well regarded and her advice is often sought regarding files with behavioural and complex issues.  Christine has a knack for identifying potential barriers and developing strategic plans to prevent the rehabilitation management escalating to a complex file.

Christine also mentors colleagues and has developed and delivered injury management training to small and large groups. 

Her experience covers self insured, public sector and registered employers. 

Of particular interest are industry groups such as hospitals, aged care, education, hospitality and service industries.
