Courtney joined nb&a as a graduate with prior work experience in aged care. Her keenness to learn and ability to adapt to constant changing work demands makes Courtney an integral part of our rehabilitation team providing pre injury employer rehabilitation services and medical expert services. 

Courtney is quickly developing her own style of rehabilitation which is holistic and tailored to the individual, not process driven. As a graduate, Courtney is closely supported by the Manager, Rehabilitation Services and Senior Rehabilitation Consultants. Courtney also participates in regular professional development including David Butler’s Explain Pain, Human Skills and Abilita Biopsychosocial program and claims management.

Courtney is a key member of our team and is quickly learning the necessity for multi-skilling and adaptability required in the ever changing rehabilitation industry.
