Elle’s varied and extensive experience in a number of employment fields including counselling and managing a business, enable her to bring a well rounded and worldly view to her work as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
Her approach to rehabilitation of injured workers is one of proactive consultation. Elle endeavours to make things happen rather than sit back and deal with things in a reactive way.
Whilst being proactive, Elle always approaches the issues of injury management and return to work in a consultative fashion; considering the needs of and keeping informed, all interested parties including but not necessarily limited to the injured worker and their family, the employer, treating medical providers and the claims manager. Regardless of the goal of rehabilitation, Elle constantly strives for a best case scenario outcome for all parties.
Elle’s friendly manner and firm, consistent style ensure she is a well respected and productive Rehabilitation Consultant that delivers excellent outcomes for all interested parties in the rehabilitation process.
