Ngaire (Nyree) is an experienced Occupational Therapist having worked in the area of occupational health for over 9 years providing medical expert, vocational rehabilitation and consultancy and training services across a wide range of industries.
Using her previous experience as the Senior OT in an inpatient psychiatric unit, and work with long term unemployed, Ngaire aims to equip worker’s with the skills, knowledge, coping strategies, practical living skills, confidence and motivation needed to assist them move forward with their rehabilitation and return to work.
Ngaire has demonstrated the ability to manage complex cases, and work closely and collaboratively with other service providers to achieve the best possible outcome for injured workers and their employers. Ngaire also has completed post graduate study in Applied Ergonomics and uses this to assist in reducing or eliminating factors which may impact on a worker’s ability to safely return to work.
