A skilled clinical practitioner, Tamika brings her broad knowledge and experience in both mental health and physical injuries to her role, providing education and support across all aspects of recovery and return to work.

This combination of skills makes Tamika a diverse therapist able to provide return to work assessments which encompass both physical and psychological aspects of an individual. She also incorporates her knowledge through training in pain education to deepen her work in this area.

Tamika is able to clearly and readily identify physical demands and functional capacity for roles within a variety of organisations, providing detailed functional job dictionaries which can be tailored to the needs of the organisation.

Ongoing support is part of Tamika’s service provision and includes working with individuals in areas of pacing, energy conservation, task modification, graded exposure programs and more, ensuring successful outcomes and long-term sustainability for her clients.
