Alastair is a highly skilled Work Health, Safety (WHS) and Injury Management professional with over 15 years’ experience supporting self-insured organisations across health care, human services, and occupational rehabilitation sectors. Known for a consultative and solutions-driven approach, Alastair specialises in building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver practical, risk-based safety and injury management outcomes.
In senior regional roles, Alastair led multidisciplinary teams, partnered with executive leaders, and drove operational excellence through proactive risk management, wellbeing initiatives, and compliance standards. Alastair also played a key role in auditing, critical incident management, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
Alastair has provided strategic wellbeing and safety advice, mentored business partners, and supported leadership capability across diverse and complex workplaces. He has extensive experience in delivering frontline rehabilitation services across a broad range of clients including self-insured organisations, government agencies, and insurer-managed portfolios.
Alastair holds qualifications in Human Movement, Clinical Rehabilitation, Work Health and Safety, and is an accredited Return to Work Coordinator and Mental Health First Aider. His leadership capabilities were strengthened through completion of the South Australian Leadership Academy’s Manager Essentials program.
