Employing a Rogerian therapy approach in his MindCare Coaching, Ross places a strong emphasis on empathy and rapport building. His passion for helping clients navigate change is evident in his commitment to empowering them to overcome obstacles and embrace new possibilities. By fostering deep connection and trust, Ross enables clients to gain the confidence and clarity needed to make meaningful changes and live their best lives.
Ross combines his warm, calm demeanour and life experience with a robust knowledge of evidence-based interventions, including CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and ACT.
Ross has extensive experience and a strong interest in Positive Psychology, Addiction and Grief Counselling, and he also volunteers with Family Drug Support.
