Louise has extensive experience in a senior management role with a national injury management company and has worked in a variety of organisations providing her with superior knowledge and skills.
Louise has worked in the area of workers compensation and injury management for over 15 years, having experience in both claims management and return to work rehabilitation service provision. She has a special interest in the early provision of rehabilitation services that maximise the successful outcome for the injured worker and the employer. Louise is also skilled in developing strategies for complex and stuck cases with the view of successful resolution.
Louise works closely with our consultants to develop their skills and strategies for return to work consultancy services predominately focussed on challenging our Rehabilitation Provider’s thinking around problem solving, barriers and preventing issues from escalating. This allows our Rehabilitation Providers to continually grow, learn and ensure we provide a superior level of rehabilitation services with strong problem solving skills.
