Since joining nb&a rehab, Natalie has combined her knowledge of transition employment and pre injury to provide outcomes to clients.

Natalie’s expertise in assisting injured workers in employment transition makes her a sought after and well respected consultant providing this service for registered and self insured employers.  Natalie has an extensive network of contacts and has the ability to think ‘outside the square’. This, coupled with a determined approach, enables her to provide interesting options for the worker that needs either a temporary work placement at a worksite other than their pre-injury employer or a permanent career change.

Natalie’s expertise in knowing the local job market and recruitment opportunities, plus her skills in negotiation, labour market research, canvassing opportunities and ability to change from transition to pre injury employer, makes her an asset to nb&a rehab and our clients.

Natalie’s excellence in service delivery was recognised by being nominated for the 2011 WorkCover SA Health and Rehabilitation Achievement Award.
